Edwin Van Der Sar set to call it a day

EDWIN VAN DER SAR will hang up his gloves at the end of next season.

The Manchester United’s keeper, 38, has discussed his plans with friends and family and will break the news to Alex Ferguson when he returns to pre-season training acording to the Sun online.

Sells endorsed goalkeeper Ben Foster, 26 has been waiting in the wings for some time at United. Van Der Sar however will be determined to go out at the top and is raring to go for next season.
