Southampton’s Davis could be out until New Year

League One side Southampton’s keeper Kelvin Davis could be out until the New Year with a groin injury.

The club captain limped off in the second half of wednesdays 3-1 win at Hartlepool and was replaced by regular great-save.com customer – Bartosz Bialkowski.

Saints boss Alan Pardew said after the match the early indications are that the club may have to cope without Davis through the Christmas period.
