I always knew the fused finger goalkeeper glove was a great idea, I just hoped I would never need to wear it. Unfortunately a dislocated and fractured finger has resulted in me turning to the fused finger glove to speed up my rehab, and protect the finger during the early stages of training. The glove works really well, by allowing me to tape 2 fingers together, protecting my injured finger without restricting the movement of my hand. I strongly recommend them for any goalkeeper returning from a finger injury, or wanting to protect a long term problem. The gloves are available in all fused finger combinations, and are available at great-save.com.
More about this great goalkeeper glove idea from KA Goalkeeping:
A professional goalkeeper gets a finger injury, as part of their glove contract they can get a custominsed glove made overnight featuring fused finger technology. The goalkeeper can tape their fingers together inside the glove, resulting in the injured finger being supported allowing the goalkeeper to continue playing. This is also beneficial when returning from long term finger injuries, or to protect a long standing injury in training sessions to prevent the injury re-occurring.
