Foster Looks to Loan Market

Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster says he we will need to go out on loan in order to kick-start his career.
The talented stopper has been stricken by injuries this season, which have kept him out of the United first team fold, where Edwin van der Saar currently holds the number one shirt.

Foster made a name for himself whilst on a two-year loan spell at Championship Watford, and the stopper now wants another chance at playing regular first team football.
He told the Manchester Evening News: “I want to be playing football, that’s the main thing for me. I need to get more games under my belt,”
“The two years at Watford were fantastic for me to be able to play week in, week out and be No.1.”
“I’m not sure what the gaffer is thinking. If he (Sir Alex Ferguson)Â wants to send me out on loan, it’s up to him, but I want to kick on here,” he added.
Nottingham Forest enquired about the 25-year-old earlier this season, but Ferguson would prefer his keeper to ply his trade in the top flight.
